Full-Time Benefits:

ALG offers an excellent benefits package to our full time employees. After completion of an introductory period, full-time employees are eligible for:

  • Free single coverage CDPHP Health Insurance, with option to purchase two person or family coverage
  • Free Health Reimbursement Account/Flexible Spending Account for medical expenses
  • Free single coverage Guardian Dental Insurance, with option to purchase two person or family coverage
  • Free $10,000 Guardian Life Insurance policy, with option to purchase additional coverage
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with employer contribution (some restrictions apply)

In addition to our benefits package, full time employees are eligible for our generous paid leave package. After completion of an introductory period, staff will accrue paid leave, which amounts to 20 days per year. ALG does not differentiate between type of paid leave; all accrued time may be used for sick, personal, or vacation absences. Full time employees are also awarded a floating holiday in celebration of their birthday.

Part –Time Benefits:

Part time staff are eligible for benefits as well. Based on hours worked, our part time employees are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Free Flexible Spending Account for medical expenses- Awarded to staff with a set schedule of 1+ hours per week
  • Free $10,000 Guardian Life Insurance policy, with option to purchase additional coverage- Awarded to staff with a set schedule of 20+ hours per week
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with employer contribution (some restrictions apply)- Awarded to all part time staff”
